Looking good, but you must install some substantial 'knees' to brace the transom to the keel (and in at least four places). The twisting down force load on the transom from those huge motors is significant!

Example: One of tests I use to determine if an I/O boat's transom is rotted is to stand on the cavitation plate and jump up and down. If any visible flex is seen the transom is on its way out.

I 2nd Jeff's reinforcement suggestion. Marinette hulls do crack. I've seen 2 models that cracked up near the chine and the welder told me he has repaired a handful of Marinettes.
