Bill, I get them from Sailrite.com.
They look the same but holes don't match.
Have to drill new holes.

Are your stanchions made of Aluminum or Stainless? Marinette used both depending on the year of the boat.
The stainless hardware was made by Seadog. Just about all the exterior hardware can be found on the Seadog site below. Seadog also provides a "where to buy" link in the top right of the page.

Sailrite stanchion bases are on their hardware page in angles of 30/45/60 degrees. I don't know they were made at angles other than those. West Marine also carries them.

Bill, I have some of these on my Marinette that I am dismantling. I'm not sure of their condition but if you are interested I can send you a picture the next time I'm at the boat.

Do you have a picture of what the stancion bases looks like? I have a bow rail and some bases in storage. FYI, I was missing a hand rail base that mounts to the roof over the helm and found an exact match on an old Owens wood cruiser in a junk yard. So possibly Chris Craft, Owens and other older cruisers might have used the same hardware. Image
