Thru hulls and sealants

Post by Jcbwell »

Recently bought an 88 Marquis 37', & happy with it so far. Surveyor noted a couple of thru hulls had backing boards that need replacement. General forums debate the best adhesive/sealant; 4200 vs 5200 vs Lifeseal. So on aluminum what's best for re-bedding a backing board?

Personal choice they all work. Isolation should be nylon or mylar.
