Checked out a 37DC today. Shifters felt a little "Grindy " especially port side going into reverse. No power and boat been on the hard for 4 years. Do you think oiling the cables will solve this?

Cable replacement is the only solution. There are also tension adjustment on the throttle controls. Not sure if there is tension adjustment for the clutch controls.
