Where can I get a proper thermostat ?

I think they dropped the screw in t-Stat around 1968 and went with the bypass Stat that was used into the 1980s. I just scrapped my last screw in set up. I have always converted them to the next series. Marysville offers a kit that includes a new t-stat, housing, gasket and the newer hoses needed. P/n 2846215K.
