Is there a trick on a 32 SDFB to get the front windows in the saloon to move.. I've removed the glass stop block n cleaned the track n windows still don't move

Your boat is 38 years old and those windows have probably never been slid in their tracks. You took out the clear plastic stop blocks often installed in the upper track to prevent the window from sliding backwards. The tracks are probably full of 38 years of crud under and around the glass. I would use a lot of water and Murphy's oil soap with a brush working it into the tracks and the gaps between the glass and tracks trying to bust up the crud.
