Leviton 1288 Shore / Off / Gen switch

So I took out the old switch and in fact the Neutral side had gone bad ( Bakelite ear on neutral side broke and the contact was just floating).
The Leviton 1288 is a good replacement for $85 from Amazon.
Wiring is a little strange. It is almost opposite of the diagram included, Line vs Load wise.
I figured I was overthinking it.....and I was...I will not tell how long it took me to figure that out.
I will post a wiring schematic soon.
