She is pretty stripped presently. Give me few days to sort out minor issues and will post engine rpm/speed numbers.

Sounds to me that you need a lot more prop! My 32 footer did 20 mph at 2,500 rpm (and still leapt out of the water).

More prop equals better mpg and less engine wear.

What props are you using ? I have 16x16 3 blades as came factory. I can never remember the speeds /rpm‘s so I took some pictures this weekend . 7 people aboard full tanks top on.
I have seen 34 mph. Around 4200 rpm’s

Presently 15 x 14.25 four blade props. I believe it is under propped slightly. I am having the original props reconditioned. I still working with Delta Propeller for a different set.

Whoa! You're way under propped. My stock 360s (32 footer) were happy with 17 x 15 4 bladers.

More power means lots better gas mileage and less engine wear as well. The boat still rocked out of the water with them, turning 3,900 rpm WOT.

Okay, went to Delta Propeller in Cleves, Ohio today to pick up my stock three blade props after reconditioning. They look like new. They want to add .90 pitch to my 4 blade props, now i just need to switch them. I know a diver. Stay tuned.

Prop swap will have to wait until next spring, winterized the boat yesterday. Put about 40 hours on the motors this season. They are starting and running great, maintaining a consistent engine temperature. Since rebuild they have 308 hours on them.

Dewinterized March 12th and a vibration showed up. Turned out to be fouled spark plugs caused by a stuck choke on the starboard engine. Hopefully a prop swap when the water warms up a bit.
