What's a thread? It's a chain of responses to a a question, a topic, posted by someone. If you want to change topic, start a new thread so there's some order and the ability to follow clearly. If someone asks about a bilge pump problem and all of a sudden we're talking about fuel filters -- well, you see what I mean. Do, however, keep the questions and comments coming -just in the right place. Thanks

I had a strong gas smell. It was a small leak coming from the fitting on my fuel pump. Tightened a little and never leaked again. You need to find the leak before something bad happens. Any wetness around a fuel fitting or line is a problem. Let us know what u find.
