I installed a 12 Volt LED dimmable light strip in my Vee birth and it has made a really nice improvement in the Vee birth. You can watch video below to see how I did it and hope this may help others ass well.

This was a great improvement, I plan on putting more up in the galley, salon and engine room well worth it…

The reason the tape didn't stick may be the teak trimming, inherently oily. Your thumbtack trick did the job

In my shop, I bought one of those tiny 4 foot LED hanging hanging light deals since it was on sale. "How much light can that tiny, single bulb put out?" thought I.

Plenty! I'm stunned at how better that light is that twin, 40 watt fluprazine bulbs.

Led lights are definitely they way to go. I used the warm color you can use the daylight ones and are even brighter..
