Yep, last summer was 1st year there. Good place, quiet, easy to drive into town for supplies, and reasonable. We take the boat out up at Rivertowne Marina just upriver of Cincinnati. Only downside of Lighthouse is the inability to get to the boat on the hard after hours. I have made a number of improvements over the years while she's on blocks and access where we over-winter is very good.

We decided to keep her in the water under cover on D dock. Had a good time over the summer .
