Holy cow ! I hope you're doing the port engine too. Have any stray pieces of the impeller gone downstream ?

Got a piece of impeller stuck in the T-stat housing, blocking off water flow to one side. Drove me nuts before I stumbled on to it (including pulling the riser off to rod out perfectly clear and open holes).
