I have used Marysville Marine in MI and Hurrikain Chrysler Both good people. If you have the 3/4 Dia pulley side shaft good luck I may have got the last one around and still had to do some machining. Overall length was long and keys needed to be moved.
Good luck. They also did not have the kit but knew all the numbers and parts needed.

You might not want to hear this, but I'd recommend buying a new pump instead of rebuilding your old one. The savings is not that great, and rebuilding is fraught with peril. Think how you'd feel if, after all that $$ and effort, the silly thing shot water out of the seal or some other misbehavior.

I'm a legendary cheapskate, but I too bought a new pump.

Thanks for the reply. Jeff, do you remember the pump you replaced it with? They don't make the same model.

Had no trouble finding a new one. Was a Sherwood 6B or something or other.

What model is yours?

Fastjeffs link is a good source looks like he will rebuild a D60 twin impeller pump for 250. I have more money in parts in the two pumps I rebuilt last year. I replaced everything but the cam.

http://www.pumpvendor.com/repair.html

I used these guys for a quick turn around option a few years ago and they came through great. Got us moving again as we were on a long trip and needed a pump tomorrow and not a kit for it.
