uric acid eats the aluminum tank, It has gotta go. You can get good plastic replacements. Google Marine waste tanks.

The Ronco B-233 20 gallon tank fits perfectly under the V-berth in a 32' boat.

My potable water tank is in the bow and my hot water tank is in the stern, as is the toilet holding tank. Originally I don't think the boat had water heater or holding tank, the head was designed to flush into the lake. Yours should be better thought out, but go to a plastic holding tank.
