For the prices I'm seeing, we may just be better off going the big block mod and getting a refurbed engine. Would probably need to use aircraft headsets to listen to music and communicate.
That would be OK with me because my wife's friends are very annoying... I lie and tell them it's good practice to sit on the bow while cruising

I would love some more information on your setup. Please send pictures to layzboy2011@yahoo and post some numbers like speed vs rpm, time to plane, and minimum planing speed.

Here we Go. A big thanks to MJC3855 for the photos and information on his outboard project. Hope to see you on next years trip to my area. Just got my 08 Big foot merch in today 60hp four stroke and the Fab work begins. Photos and updates to follow.
