Is an owners manual available for a 1962 or does anyone have one that could be copied?

No one should feel too badly about not having one because there isn't a whole lot of information in the owners' manual for my 1977. You will learn a lot more reading posts on this site.

Wow! Jeff, 41 Ha's and you didn't miss a space or nothin'. I'm still ha, ha, ha,........ OK, I give up. And yes, I took the time to actually count them all, twice, so I didn't get it wrong.

I have an owners manual for a '77 that was printed out by a previous owner that has a lot of info, like what type of paint to use, how the hull is put together, general maintenance and wiring just to name a few. Good luck on your search shelby, you have a better chance now than you would have 15 years ago.

Good deal, Joe.

I have a suggestion to you out there who, by some miracle, actually have a manual for your boat: Scan it in page by page and put it here on our web site. I know that's a lot of work, but info like that on our old boats is hell to find.

Jeff

PS: There were only 40 ha-has (I think).

Joe, I'm with Jeff. Sounds like these manuals are like hens teeth. We should have our moderator create a Documantation Section for owners manuals, brochures, etc. Would be a repository for us all to benefit from. Much of the information you have in your manual applies to all of our Marinettes. If we get something like that started when one of us come across information we can scan and post it to the Documentation Section.

Believe it or not, I have a 63 OM !! I have been meaning to scan it.

I'll get it uplaoded. Not a whole lot of stuff really , only 34 pages.

There is no wiring diagram for the cabin included. It is not missing, just not there.

I'll post it as soon as I can, I'm covered up the rest of this week. Hope I can figure out how to do it.

1963 Owners Manual. Sorry link deleted for copyright reasons by Marinetteman (Joe).

Go into the Owner's Manual folder.

I left out the engine part because it is for my Buicks. I will get it scanned and uploaded in a few days.
