It reminded me of house boats that were custom made on Kellogg Ave. Cincinnati, back in the 1960's. Any one remember the name of the boat company?

Asking 4000.00?
Listed condition - Fair????
Year 1959

Great condition 32' SB's are going for mid-20's!

Think owner's over reaching.... IMO

What would the above referenced 59 Houseboat be worth? I know that is subjective just trying to get some opinion.
What do you think it would weigh?
How big of trailer or how many axle trailer do you think it would take to haul it?
Does anyone know where there is one in better shape?

Thanks so much for the advice in advance
