Replaced my original hot water on my boat recently and the fittings that connect to the water heater are dripping slightly. I cannot find new fittings like mine anywhere. The plastic tubing has"iapmo" on it. 3/8" x 1/2" od is the size. Thanks!

Your 87 should have Qest plumbing fittings from the factory. You can google around with that name and find places that sell parts. Below are a couple of sites that popped up for me.

FYI one of those fittings should have a one way check valve also . May want to try to disassemble, use Teflon tape and try it again. try turning the thermostat down a little also.

I will attest to the check valve on the hot water. It keeps the hot water from mixing with the cold every time you turn on the cold side. If its just dripping slightly I would try some pipe dope on the fittings, otherwise buying new polybutene fittings is the next best option. I had to source them online as well.

Made up a new line with Starbrite fittings. Whoever created theses fittings is a genious. I will install it over the weekend. Thanks for your help! Qest fittings ate gone.
