Anyone have an easy fix for this? The only way I see to do it is take the ceiling down or make an access hole.
Thanks
Jeff

On mine the wire for the horn is connected to a 8-32 stud to go through the roof of the cabin. Then another wire connects to the stud on the outside to the horn. The ceiling panel will come down easily to get access. Keep track of the parts so you can put them back in the same place. If the stud is broken it is easy to replace with a machine screw and nuts. Use stainless steel.

Yep mine has the stud. My ceiling is cvered in a cloth type material not like the outside headline it is more of a vynal type with holes. Anyone no if that's correct for a 1973 model?

Mine has 1/4 inch hardboard with vinyl covering. Held up with sheet metal screws. Use a cordless drill and it comes down quickly.

Mine has been covered again and it looks really good. Looks like I will be using my hand help until it starts looking bad. Thanks
