winter boat cover?

All sounds so darn familiar! I complain about the slip fees here but forget that when I was up north had to put on hard and that was expensive.

My slip fee is 12 months in water in covered slip. First year I used a tarp to cover the bridge andhaft deck. I quickly found out it was not needed.
Boat stays dry and I even leave the bim"s up! No issues boat stays dry and I even can go down and enjoy the boat in the dead of winter.

I do use a ice eater in Jan. and Feb. but have not needed every season.

I winterize in water with special valves installed. Some here use bilge heaters but I do not recommend them. There have been fires at some of the marinas. Some folks use house space heaters which is a VERY BAD IDEA! Fires in covered docks are a disaster for multiple boats!
