There is a temp sending unit in the starboard manifold elbow that is suppose to connect to wire going to electronics control black box at the aft end of the engine. Well the male connector on the sending unit broke off.
Any ideas where to get a new one?
What does it do?
Thanx for any help.

Try looking around this website
http://www.hurrikain.com/ChryslerMarineStore.htm
I have purchased a couple of volt regs from them and will definitely purchase from them in the future. Mom and pop shop.

It is for the exhaust over temperature alarm, oil pressure and temp sender all tye together Check Fast Jeff's info on this site. I forget the rating someone on here will know. I believe NAPA has them, you just need the correct temperature range. I'll look at the one on my spare engines to see if it has a number. Any marine mechanic should know. Post a pic on the FB page. All my manuals are on the boat, I think the engine manual lists the part number. Boat is 235 miles away and the memory fades as we age !

You might have to convert the connector to something automotive. I used temp switches from 1985 (about) Pontiacs. Check the thread size as well to get one that fits.

Think I found it... if this is a trip set switch and not a sending unit.

Note to all on temperature switches: I went through a bunch of 'new' ones a few years ago before I found one that worked (using a pot of boiling water and a meter).
