The hatch seal on my 1978 '37 is degraded to the point where it will leak in one spot during a heavy rain. It appears to be some type of foam seal - does anyone have a source or dimensions?
Thanks

I just went to the lumber yard and got foam backer rod. Glued it in place with silicone caulk. Get extra, it will take a long piece to go all the way around. Close the hatch gently to hold it in place until the caulk cures. Then close it down and clamp it down to form the foam to fit. Easy fix.

The cast hatch on the 80's and possibly older Marinette's was made by Bomar which is Pompanette. They still sell the same hatch and all the repair parts.

Years ago the hatch on our 32' started to leak. I went to Lowes and got a circular foam seal which I applied with aquarium silicone sealant. Has worked great since.
