I have some pieces of the plastic channel. How much do you need?

Im helping with a houseboat and my express so I can not find it anywhere so I'm tooling it up now should have it in a few weeks but thanks. Both of ours in plastic but I'm thinking of doing aluminum with the poly glide I have a supplier for that just need the correct thickness.

For long term use, aluminum is the better choice. Don't forget to make sure you have sufficient drain holes at the exterior ends of the channels to prevent water from running back into the cabin. John Althouse used to have lots of the polyglide in the correct width - don't know who stocks it

The plastic works, too. but it will eventually disintegrate from sun rays and will have to be replaced. It's cheap, so buy twice as much as you need now and hoard it for future use (which should get you through your years of ownership, plus some)
