I know this boat. It's on Aquia Creek, she put in 2005 350' Crusaders, kept on Boat lift mostly. If it's not sold yet it's at here.
Sandra has a covered boat house/lift for the boat, so I expect the bottom is in very good condition. If it was available, I'd of bought this boat.

Spoke with Sandy Doucette couple of weeks ago.

1) She wants 35K for the boat - Needs it gone (trawler owner).
2) Correction Like new 2005 454 (not 350) Crusaders with a couple of hundred hours
3) Correction Boat Lift (Boat house/lift) kept until last year. No corrision to speak of.


Best 39 I know of .... Super boat at a super price. Engines and systems in good shape.
