It's the ore from which aluminum is extracted, right? I saw it right away and thought it was very cute. I was considering "Al right" for my boat, but didn't think too many folks would follow it. The next favorite was "Tin Can", since I had a relative on ASW duty in the North Atlantic during WWII. Settled on "Tin Lizzie".

I like "Alumination" too.

"There is another class of coloured people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs -- partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs." Booker T. Washington

Correct, but most people don’t know what Bauxite is. I have been getting a lot of questions, "what does the name stand for"

The Admiral makes fun of the name says "only Engineers would know what bauxite stands for", but likes it.

That's an impressive Paint job. Ours is taking longer than expected and I am ashamed to say, looks no where near that nice.
