Thanks for all the compliments to Miss Cleo. She is a 1984 39' Flybridge Sedan with Crusader 350HP 454cid engines. I found her in Chattanooga, TN and brought her to Lake Allatoona (north of Atlanta, GA) in March 2006. She was in great shape but I knew I'd need to rebuild an engine right away - did so and it is working great (I'll give a reference to the rebuilder if anyone wants) (hmmm, speaking of references, I know a great surveyor in the Chattanooga area if anyone needs that too - extremely thorough - buyers dream - sellers nightmare). In Sept 2007 we moved to Lake Lanier and remain there now. Regarding the Strippers, I've heard they are big on Lanier but I KNOW they are HUGE on Lake Hartwell - so far most have eluded me but I don't know much about fishing right now.

I more or less live on Miss Cleo during the week - she's berthed near work for me - I push the limits of the CoE "occupancy" regs but don't exceed them. On the weekends I go to Lake Hartwell in SC. I have been toying with the idea of getting a 32' Express project boat for Lake Hartwell - or maybe a 32' Sedan with no flybridge (a la FastJeff) - Hartwell has LOW bridges - would probably prefer the Express - found one recently on EBay but due to timing I will probably miss out on that one because the guy needs to get it out of his drive and I've got travel commitments.

Jeff - thanks for the offer to delete but DiverDennis already did that for me.

Nice boat. Why do I have an '84 Sedan and the rear salon window configuration look different?

Indeed a very nice boat.

Sometime in 1984 or late 83, Marinette modified the cabin structure. I would guess "Kingfisher" ( I'm assuming that is the 39' which you purchased from Catawba) was a earlier 84 or late 83 model.
