As I posted on the forum, on March 29, 2010 my wife and I had our newly purchased 1976 32’ Marrinette Sedan trucked from Old Hickory Lake, near Nashville Tn., to Fort Loudon Lake in Knoxville Tn.

I had expected the water level to be high enough to move her to my dock by April 15. That didn’t happen. A local marina was kind enough to let me dock her there for a reasonable fee.

On April 30th, two major events occurred. We were able to move her to our dock, and with the help of eight of our friends we performed a re-christening ceremony. (party) After the ceremony, we all took a maiden cruse on the newly renamed “Minor Adventure”.

I am attempting to post pictures.

Thanks to all who took time to view our re-naming photos. The first mate and I look forward to meeting and greating all BigM captains and crew. Especially those on Fourt Loudon in K-town. If you see the "Minor Adventure", give us a shout. If we're anchored, stop and talk. Meating other BigM people is always a great experience.
