From the time when Radio Shack had cool electronics parts. Hidden in a corner where the circuit board etchant had leaked were a couple of project books on electronics by Forrest Mims III comes the still amazingly readable is the Getting Started in Electronics book.

Good read and a good book.

Just ordered How to Use Oscilloscopes and Other Test Equipment (BP) (Paperback) 1989. A bit old (not as much on DSO).

The NMEA 2000 TLA 100 Maretron is on the way.
