A wonderful share ware product is the Automotive Technician diagnostic trainer. For 20 bucks (which fixes the leaky gas tank), you get a great engine simulator. A blast to play with and learn automotive electronics. Trial is free.

Thats nice!
Reminds me of the old Electronics Workbench circuit simulator program. It was buggy as heck but when it worked it was great.
I think Multisim bought them out. But nothing substitutes for a good breadboard.
