Hi Joe-

Any chance of moving the "Test Section" to the bottom of the list and "Active Discussions" to the top? :)

It'd be nice to see new items 'front and center', if you know what I mean.

Thanks and Happy New Year! Keep up the good work.

I would like to be able to look at just the discussions since my last login. The "Active Topics" option seems to do that. However, in the middle of a session the thing decides that my last session was not the actual last session, but the current one. Why does it reset my "last session date" in the middle of a session? Is there another way of viewing just the topics that have changed since my last look? I have the feeling that I am missing something here....

I was just curious why the forum seems to be on Pacific time. Do we have a lot of members out there? Based on most of the member locations I would think that eastern time would suit best.

Actually, the guest above is me. I didn't notice that I was not logged in. I am not the Evil Guest with the Russian porn site. I do still wonder about the forum time stamp, could it be that the software is from the West Coast?

It needs to do that for the YAF database. The time stamps work like that. I am waiting for the next release, so I can mod it ( c# and stored procedures) to fix the preferences and some of the uglies. The next release is significantly better.

Doug: I finally figgered out the West Coast time stamp thing. You get PST automatically if you are viewing the site but not logged in. I think you are correct that PST is the isp's home base. If you recall what you entered in your site Profile, you specified your time zone. When you log in, all times are adjusted to your preferred time zone which, in my case, sometimes can be Pluto Standard. In Jeff's, it's Central Pennsylvania Savings Time.
