Personably I prefer a larger marina there’s always a large variety of people to meet & learn from
the sharing of their sea story & that other Capt. have experienced. I’ve meet a lot of boating
people from all different parts of the USA & Canada a couple from Cape Canso, Nova Scotia,
who where on a 5 year trip aboard a trawler heading to FL. by way of the Loop & possibly than
on to the Bahama’s the one thing that stood out was the woman Capt barking orders at the first
mate (husband) she could sure handle that vessel. Not to say I didn’t run into a few scallywags
also but in my brief 30 some odd year of boating I’ve found that about 99% of the boating public
have a good stewardship & concern of the waters & other boaters property’s plus 99% are just
fun seeking people. Ran into a few

site Capt.’s missed one or two & that was in only a 53 slip
marina Just think of the wealth of knowledge that could be acquired in a port of that size. Besides
just think of the dock PARTY’S.

AnyWho that’s me & my choice of marina life to each his or
her preferences

You'll have bad times, but they'll just wake you up to the good times you weren't paying attention to
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way.I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.
