I understand about the sleepless nights!! When I was building my boat a couple of times felt overwhelmed with problems. At night while sleeping, I would actualy dream of some of the problems and SOLVE them in my sleep!! Would keep a pad and pencil by the bed to write them down in the middle of the NIGHT!! We are really SICK PUPPIES HUH!!! When I bought the hull in S FL. I told my son Lets run down and buy a boat I looked at last week , we will come back tomorrow. Ten days later we came back with the boat on a truck. I rented a room for us, after 2 days he said, you gotta rent me a seperate room! When I ask why? He said well you know the problems we are having getting that old wheel house loose to load it on the truck? I KNOW HOW YOU ARE GOING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS?? You tAlked about it in your sleep ALL NIGHT LONG!!! I GOT TWO ROOMS AND A PAD AND PAPER!!! SICK DOG

SleepTalker, Next time you have a problem to hurdle, put a tape recorder next to the bed. That way you won't miss any details. Some of the projects for SI were concieved whilst attempting sleep: stern thruster, pivoting kicker mount, engine monitor sub panel, keel roller, 2" rigid guide ons.
