old32 wrote:...also any one know what the two oil pressure switchs are for???tim In this photo of our M360, you see the pressure sender unit (top), and 2 pressure switches. The one on the left (single wire) goes to the "low oil press" alarm and the one on the right is wired in series with the alternator field coil. Found these in a search: http://www.marinetteboat.com/ChryslerEngine.pdfTYPICAL ENGINE WIRING HARNESS COLORS PURPLE--------- IGNITION LIGHT BLUE---- OIL PRESSURE YELLOW/RED---STARTER GREY------------(–) COIL (FOR TACH) TAN-------------WATER TEMPERATURE BLACK----------GROUND RED-------------BATTERY PINK------------AUX (FUEL – BUZZER – ETC) Hope this helps. The above posted color connection guide was on one side of a cardboard label that was attached to the original engine wiring harness. The attached picture is my recreation of the other side of the label. When I get around to it I was going to print up some new ones to replace the water soaked ones from my boat. There is another label that shows the basic starter wiring. When I get my scanner hooked up I will make a picture so I can recreate that one.
