I have been archiving maintenance projects and log entries at MyShipLog. It is a free online ship's log. It allows you to record everything from cruising logs to fishing logs with six different log types including nautical, fishing, fuel, maintenance, inventory, and crew.

MyShipLog Highlights:

Create and edit nautical, fishing, fuel, maintenance, inventory, and crew logs.
Attach an image to each log for a visual record.
Create and maintain logbooks for multiple boats at one time.
Add crew members to each boat's logbook and assign access privileges for each crew member.
Archive your logbook for backups and easy printing.
Export your logbook to Microsoft's Excel
Transfer a logbook to a new owner when a boat is sold.

It has it's limitations but is easy to use and FREE.
