I bought a few motors at an Indiana DNR surplus auction last year.

I have fixed up two 25hp Mercury’s.

1985 (brown stickers), new water pump, carb kit, plugs, propeller, and gear lube.

1986 (gray stickers) new water pump, carb kit, plugs, switch box, propeller, and new seals in lower unit.

I do not know how much time is on them, I have ran them a short time (1 hour) on my jon boat.
They both start and run great.

I am asking $575 for the 1986, $550 for the 1985 model.

If interested I can demo on the jon boat.
