I have a Norcold DE704 refrigerator which is working fine, but the cap of the door that hooks into the hinge pin is partially broken.
The door does not seat properly unless you lift it into place. I have found the parts manual for this, but as yet no suppliers.
I am pretty sure these units are over 10 yrs old, but I would greatly appreciate any suggestions in finding a dealer that could get me this part.
Thanks
Bill

Try the mfr - they are often pretty good about keeping parts...also...Cruisair of ANnapolis stocks parts.

The door brackets should be adjustable a little to help pick the door up. Mine was hanging down a little and would not close unless you picked it up. I got a nylon washer from the hardware and put it on the bottom shaft. Picked the door up about 1/16", just enough to close properly.
