I have a 77 Express Crusier. Looking for replacement gray rubber window seals. The ones that are on the front four windows, exterior. I have not had any luck finding in window parts stores. The original ones have all shrunk at corners. Windows are not leaking, but looks bad.

Second question is how do you remove the side windows in the cabin to replace the screens? From the inside or the outside? Ken

Kenny,

I’m assuming U R asking about the sliding ones if so there R screws at the bottom of the triple track guides about 4/5 of them suggest U spray a little oil such as WD 40 or the likes on them let them set a while than take a Phillip’s head screw driver & tap on them first than start to unscrew there may also be a few screw going into the interior wood trim also. If U R just going to replace the screen leave one of the end screws in than pivot carefully on that screw till the screen can be slid out. This task is best done with 2 people. If U plan on taking out the glass also get your self a goood suction cup with a handle on it to handle the glass panes. If so take out all screws place the 2 panes in center of track pry out on the bottom while another person grasp the 2 panes when the track clear so that a pane can be slid out with the suction cup remove that pane & repeat on the second one. Another suggestion while U have the track out if it isn’t already done cut a 45* angle at the bottom of the track to allow better water drainage. When replacing be sure to apply sealant to the screw holes. HTHWhistle

When we did our windows we were unable to find the original vinyl glazing. Decided to use Dow Corning® Contractor's Weatherproofing Sealant (CWS) as a substitute.
