I am about to install my Rhinolinered Plywood Deck. I invented a big triangular washer to clamp the scupper. It fits under the flange in the cockpit corner and also clamps down the whole corner of the deck. I also worked out a way to install it from the top so I won't get stuck and die under the deck. Pictures later.
I got a roll of closed cell foam tape to seal the cracks but I would like to consider a caulk. I want the deck to be easily removable. The caulk I removed attacked the paint and was like a hard glue. I want a caulk that stays flexible and won't glue the piece down or attack the paint. If I pick up the deck I want to just peel it off by hand and squeeze in new.
