I've done several residential jobs with this type of screen, both add on and ready to go with factory door units. I'm less than impressed. The roller assembly is a little tricky - basically they're Grandma's window shades, turned on their side with the addition of very light and flexible screen instead of whatever the heck those green things were made of way back when. The bottom track has top remain very clean or things get messy when the upper and lower don't work in perfect unison.
For the very particular homeowner with a house that doesn't float, household help and no kids or pets I think they're great...
