Rustoleum is OK stuff for a lot of household things, but perhaps you could get an actual marine paint for the boat. I have used Petit Easypoxy for years and it is very easy to apply with a roller and is pretty tough. Should always go on over a two-part epoxy primer or tight, sanded paint, however.
That said, I know a guy in Florida who used white Rustoleum on his 45' aluminum sailboat and it is just beautiful. I thought it was an Awlgrip spray job when I first saw it - but he rolled it with Rustoleum.
