Yo Norm,
The cherry stuff is called Latavia...............
Its made with red wine, black cherry juice, marchiano cherrys. grain alchohol.
Its usually sipped after or before dinner around the holidays.
It keeps you warm and helps you to avoid ice patches on the highways.

Taking the boat to Chester WV this week end, there will be eight in our armada, four heavy cruisers and four flat bottoms ( house boats ), we use them for resupply. I dug up some cherrys soaked in moonshine for this trip, not as good as the Latavia but will work.

Applause

You were gone?

"There is another class of coloured people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs -- partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs." Booker T. Washington

Now that was below the belt.
