Because of the soft market and the number of 32' sedans available, you need to have the right photos and the right venue.
Study the current listings for 32' Marinettes and you will see a huge difference in the quality of the pictures in the listings.
Before you take the pics, get rid of all the excess crap! Make it look like the new owner could step on the boat NOW with his family and feel like it's their boat, not a sloppy previous owner. You'll be surprised at some of the pictures you find. When I was looking to buy a 32' seadan, I searched the main brokers like yachtworld, bucnet, boattrader, yachttraderonline, etc. and I was shocked by the poor quality of the pictures and the descriptions. I remember one listing included a picture of the galley with dirty dishes in the sink and an overflowing garbage can. WTF?
During my search I drove past a 32' sedan on the hard that had been on the market for years, but did not come up on any online search I did. It sat unsold for years after that because the broker's website was so archaic that even a simple search of the words
"Michigan marinette 32' boat" would not find it. No wonder it sat unsold for years.
BTW, I found mine on freshwaterboats and then bought it from the owner through his listing on ebay.
