Opened up the LUNA SEA today and found the wood has
the nasty greenish blue crud growing on it. What is the best
solution to get rid of it without harming the interior wood.
Thanks in advance.

Norb..next year, get one of those packs that West Marine sells that give off a gas to inhibit mold. I put several aboard over the winter and they seem to do the job. In the spring, I am not mildew-free. But what's there is quite minor and I use the same formula Jeff does, a couple of tablespoons of clorox in a gal of water w/ a drop or two of dishwashing detergent. Just sponge over the whole interior once a season and perhaps a touch up mid-season. Some mildew spores hide pretty well until high summer humidity sets them on the prowl.

I make my own teak and general boat cleaner out of Dawn Clorox and TSP. I mix it strong or lite depending. In general, pour 6 oz of Dawn, 2 oz of Clorox and a teaspoon of TSP into a 32 oz spray bottle. Fill it with water, shake and pour half into another 32 oz bottle. Top off and you have 64 oz of a fast cutting economical cleaner that is fairly safe. The clorox will kill the green stuff. I once cleaned the bare plywood inside the boat with JOMAX house cleaner. I worked great but I was sick the whole next day. When they say don't use it inside they mean it.

What I got now is live guests. Mice and wasps. Anybody know of a vermin bomb for both mice and wasps which will not leave a smell. I want something I can just pitch in and go to lunch.
