On my 28 sportsman there is a on/off switch on the starboard rear ceiling in the cockpit....what is it for, and does it have anything to do with the 2 round vents in the cockpit ceiling? There is one or two vents in the cuddy as well. My guess is that its for a vent fan? Sorry no pics. Thanks.

Most Marinette boats have a switch in the ceiling for the round white light mounted to the hardtop shining down on the back deck.

I think it was typical to use a rectangular rocker switch in the boats I know that have it, mid to late 80's
