Just an FYI, captains.

Interlux has discontinued Toplac as of the end of last year. I was very sad to hear this , as my boat is 1/2 painted in Toplac at this point. There are a few sites that still have it available but the price was going up, up up. at least for my shade of white. luckily I still have 2 quarts and then there's Shilling enamel in Cleveland Ohio.

Contact them directly.... they are willing to ship from overseas stock.

I am staying for the moment with their enamel paint. Not enough time. Correcting a bad trim tab isolation problem (Formica???) and replacing rudders (bent).

I had planned to move to Interlux Perfection after a sand blast. It's a really new AWLGrip equivalent 2 part polyurethane that will eat up other enamel paints.

Joe,

Be sure to keep us up to speed on Interlux Perfection. I am always looking for a 2-part poly that works with my meagre skills....
