Jeff, The O E switches are crap. Try replacing them with marine grade key switches and your problem will be forever solved. I did the lower helm and the flybridge several years ago and still wonder why Marinette used a damn toggle switch. The installation is straight forward but will take some time. A stepped drill bit makes the job of enlarging the holes easy. I also removed the ign fuses and replaced them with breakers. Rick When I die I hope my wife sells my stuff for more than I told her I paid for it.

I got mine from Newark electronics for $30.22 each only they are not black. Part# 23F1988. 1979 Double cabin with 440's
