Upper helm steering wheel

I can't get my upper helm wheel to engage. Was working fine last year. I'm sure it's something simple. Anyone had this problem?

Same problem for me this year. Found the control arm in the aft cabin where the cable drops the keyway between the upper and lower wheels had gone out of alignment. After a minor adjustment the keyway falls right into place

had the same problem shift cable was broken where it attaches to rudder .(bends alot there)got a new cable off ebay for about 30 bucks.
