The Seaclear II program is a free software download. It's had good reviews online.
The charts are free downloads from NOAA.
The gps receiver can be purchased on e-bay for under $30.
There are other seaclear II/NOAA chart dvd deals on e-bay with the gps receiver for under $70

Not yet. I cobbled up a bench that I strap it to. The only thing needed is a hood so I can see better in those sun glaring type days. Been on my List for years!
