Your rudder steering cable has nylon? washers? sleeve? to isolate the rudder plus a special bearing in the steering tube.

Sorry for late response here guys.......the rudder is isolated from the boat with the phenolic brg in the tube only. Not sure that we included anything else as far as washers, etc. Where, specifically, do these nylon washers and sleeve go?
