This is not really a picture, though it is a constant shot of the engine room. I had recorded some audio this past summer and just got around to editing it. I figure this may help alleviate some of the winter blues for those of us who's boats are tucked away until spring.
Tried to encode quality audio so crank up the volume & bass and think warm thoughts!

Let me know if there is any distortion in the audio. I tried not to over sample but didn't want to make it flat.

Disgustingly clean engine room!

Jeff

PS: Here's what the engines sound like planning off.

A clean boat is a happy boat!

If I had my way I'd pull the engines and paint the entire area with that battleship grey bilgekote by Interlux. I did the very bottom where water collects and it has help up great. Nice glossy finish.
Perhaps one day if or when the engines are rebuilt or replaced......

Finally put the last of the boat footage on youtube.
No music just engine and the usual wind. Wish I had a better mic.
Enjoy.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know "why" I look this way.I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved.

Your Engine room is awesome - I am envious.

That is the area I have a tough time working in - the generator doesn't leave much room to move around between the twin Crusaders 454;s. I want to paint - but too much work to pull the genny.
